Josh Berry is starting his first NASCAR Cup Series Playoffs, a major milestone he secured with a victory at Las Vegas earlier in the season.

The 10-race championship fight kicks off at Darlington Raceway, a challenging track where Berry has previously had a strong third-place finish.

Despite a difficult history at the Darlington oval, the driver is entering the race with high confidence, feeling comfortable with his preparation.

Berry's team has faced numerous setbacks this season, but he believes their issues were caused by mistakes and accidents, not a lack of performance.

The driver and his Wood Brothers Racing team are focused on a "business as usual" approach, opting not to overthink their preparation for the high-stakes races.

The opening three races of the playoffs, at Darlington, Gateway, and Bristol, are on tracks where Berry feels extremely comfortable and confident.

While Berry is focused on the first three races, he acknowledges that the ROVAL is the biggest obstacle he will have to overcome later in the playoffs.
